How do members check in with their member pass?

The member opens their member pass for your community and taps Show QR code. Your staff scan it from the community’s Check-in tab on the web. A scan confirms an active paid membership; free members show as members but not paid. The code refreshes every few seconds, so a screenshot cannot be reused.
Step by step
- The member opens their member pass for your community (Your member pass) and taps Show QR code.
- A host or staff member opens the community in SocialLoop on the web and goes to Check-in.
- Scan the code. The result says whether the person is an active paid member.
Good to know
For tickets to an event, use the event’s own check-in instead; a member pass checks community membership, not event tickets.
