How do I pay promoters a commission on ticket sales?

Open your event’s Promote tab, go to Affiliates and choose Invite Affiliate. Set a percentage or flat commission, for all tiers or per tier, and send the invite. The promoter gets a code, connects their own Stripe account, and SocialLoop pays their commission automatically after the event, out of your ticket revenue.
Invite a promoter
- Open the event, go to Promote, then Affiliates.
- Choose Invite Affiliate (or Bulk Invite for several people).
- Enter their Email Address, an optional buyer Discount, and the Commission: a percentage or a flat amount, the same for all tiers or set per tier.
- Optionally set a Code Prefix and dates, then choose Send Invite.
- The promoter connects Stripe from their Earnings tab with Connect Stripe to Get Paid.

Good to know
Commission is calculated on the price the buyer paid for the ticket after any discount. It is paid at the later of 7 days after the sale or 3 days after the event, once a promoter has earned at least $10 in commission and SocialLoop has earned at least $5 in fees from that promoter’s sales.
There is no extra platform fee for running promoters. Promoters see their own sales and earnings, never your guest list.
